Unveiling WithH, a VLM-powered solution for unstructured medical data integration and clinical decision support
AiGENDA Co., Ltd. (CEO Hyoin Ahn) announced its participation in the Startup Wheel 2025 International Track in Ho Chi Minh City with WithH, a VLM-based solution that automates capture → cross-verification → EMR upload for unstructured medical documents such as paper records, scans, and images. The system combines OCR, medical-tuned LLM/VLM, analytics and visualization to structure records and power an intake assistant, targeting >60% reduction in physician fatigue and >40% accuracy improvement.
Designed around real front-line bottlenecks, WithH addresses the fact that ~5 minutes of every 10-minute consultation goes to document review, ~30% of ~200 daily patients are transfers, and ~150 pages are reviewed per patient.
About the competition (embedded): Startup Wheel—organized by Vietnam’s BSSC—has become a flagship program where early-stage and growth startups validate technology and business readiness before investors, corporates, and public bodies. Integrated with Ho Chi Minh City’s innovation exhibition InnoEx, the semi-finals and finals as well as high-impact matching programs run on site, offering winners tangible exposure and access to the Vietnam/SEA ecosystem. AiGENDA will leverage this platform to validate WithH and accelerate hospital partnerships in the region.
Commercially, AiGENDA plans an on-prem SaaS deployment focusing on data structuring, integrated analysis, and decision support, with a target to sign 10+ tertiary hospitals by 2026.
In April 2025, AiGENDA won Gold Award & Special Award at ICIA & Startup Exchange in HCMC, securing its InnoEx finals (Top 50) berth.
